Wonderful stay . The service is incredible and the hotel is spotless .. I told them it was my birthday a few days ago and they kept bringing me cake ❤️. Had a wonderful facial in spa ! Pool good size and comfortable chairs. I’ll be back for sure. Room service excellent

We were in London for a Weekend to enjoy some musicals, visit the city and just take the best time. And for sure our stay in the hotel gave us this best time we were looking for. The quality of the materials in the room, the colour palette and the furniture are undeniable. The only thing that the hotel could enhance is the hospitality and professionalism of the employees at rhetorical reception which is fine but not at the level a hotel like this requires.

Amazing location overlooking a beautiful private garden, makes you feel like you've walked into a lovely, quiet, peaceful little oasis even though you are right in the heart of central London! Such a wonderful hidden gem. We had an excellent experience there. Rooms are spacious, sparklingly clean and elegantly furnished too; really appreciated the lovely touch of personalised slippers. Breakfast was delicious too, especially the French toast. The highlight definitely has to be the breathtaking, sweeping views though, and we would highly recommend taking a walk in the private garden.

Superbe hôtel tout confort, très bien placé dans un quartier chic de Londres. Chambre et salle de bain pas très spacieuses mais très confortables et des petites attentions de bienvenue très appréciées ! Le gros plus : le Dyson Airwrap à disposition !! Personnel adorable, très arrangeant.
