We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. The family suite we booked was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The balcony overlooking the gardens was a lovely spot to wake up to each morning. The service was exceptional, particularly the attentive porters and knowledgeable concierge. Each room was elegantly decorated with thoughtful and high-quality amenities. This undoubtedly stands as the best London hotel we’ve ever stayed in. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast service. It was quite chaotic, and the staff seemed generally uninformed and unsure of their duties, except for one older gentleman. Additionally, the afternoon tea was enjoyable, but the ambiance could be improved. The lounge often feels like a social gathering place rather than a dedicated tea room. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in London.

Excellent service especially from Carlo the chauffeur who went out of his way to take us to our destination, it completed a good stay. He was courteous and friendly, went out of his way to help us and it was a wonderful, comfortable ride. Thank you.

The team members were so attentive, professional, personable and FUN - all the way from the entry doorman, to the front desk and concierge, to all of the other team members. The hotel is modern and sooo clean. I have never seen a hotel room with such detailed benefits - incredible that it included a complete tea service, several crystal glasses for wine and spirits (with such available in the room), snacks, etc. Balcony with great views of the City. Everything was fantastic!

Terrible service went for afternoon tea didn't even get the tea until we had finished our food! Asked 5 times for more champagne ! Big chip on my cup ! The food was actually lovely beautiful sandwiches (although only 4 finger ones) and lovely miniatures scones but even when we did get the tea the waiter just put the whole hot teapot right in front of me !!

This hotel was in a perfect location for exploring London. We were able to walk almost everywhere with excellent directions being provided by the Concierge. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfasts at La Maison Ani, special thanks to Luis for the excellent service. There were a lot of roadworks going on while we were there – but hopefully these will be finished by now. We were disappointed that the tennis court was being resurfaced and we were unable to enjoy this facility but the Peak Fitness Club facilities were fantastic and never felt crowded. We were disappointed in the food at the Chinoiserie but there are plenty of good options close to the hotel.

Exceptional! If you are looking for pleasant stay, friendly and welcoming staff, and a feeling of home, come here! The service was top-notch. Great location. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful view. Amazing gym facilities.
