The hotel is on the south side of Hyde Park. The location, environment and hotel services are all very good!

Hotel is best in London with amazing pool and peak fitness facilities. rooms are tasteful and well appointed. House car was not available during my stay and errors/delays made with my luggage and final bill The accommodation is better here but I often stay in the Lowndes where you can share the same facilities Access to Cadogan gardens is superb and the staff are friendly and attentive

Well well well what an incredible place to be staying in at the capital. Amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it. Simply beautiful and great service that comes with it. It has to be one of the best there indeed. Visiting London is a must.

A sleazy place dishonest and full of incompetent people starting from the GM of the hotel To end with the new French F&B without any experience to fill the role and last but not least the head of HR who should protect the employees instead he takes sides with those in higher positions, a place that does not train you are uncomfortable pushes you in a bad dishonest and cowardly way to resign. I strongly advise against going to the interview because it is a totally toxic environment, not to mention the 90% of Arab guests where the nicest one says 'give me a coffee right now hurry up and call you by snapping his fingers. Get out while you can

My wife and I were in London to see Chelsea in bloom and we decided to have lunch at Jumeriah Carlton Tower. We had the most wonderful surprise to see Sahan at the Concierge desk, he is a true gentleman and is an amazing addition to the hotel. We very much look forward to seeing him again in this fabulous hotel, where hopefully we can catch up with each other over a coffee during our London visit in September. If you need anything arranging during your stay, Sahan, with is wonderful smile, is the gentleman to see.

Once again, I find myself wanting to write a review on Carlton Towers Jumeirah. A truly home away from home experience. The experience started straight away from the doorman when I arrived, throughout my stay with every touch point, to my departure. The warm personalized welcoming greeting to the warm farewell at the end of my stay. I found the staff to be top tier and a top tier team collaborating all the time to deliver seamlessly outstanding experience. I have to recognize both Carlo and Ash, the hotel drivers who are just ready to assist, serve and simplify your logistics with luxury and smile. Like my previous feedback, Rebecca from Guest Services was simply exceptional throughout. Her impeccable attention to details, and how thoughtful she was in personalizing experiences, making you feel special during my stay was unparalleled. She was at hand to assist right from when my booking was confirmed until my departure. Great hotel, and outstanding team and services.
