Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the interior environment, room hygiene, and front desk service are all very good. The breakfast is especially the most satisfying in the entire European trip, with relatively more choices. The twin room is also very spacious. After opening two 28-inch luggage and one hand luggage, there is still a lot of space to move around. It is very comfortable for 4 adults to stay. Except for the price, there is no problem.

While waiting for the airport pickup after checking out, the female reception approached me asking for payment for service charge. When I told her that I would complain to Trip.com for this extra charge, she said it was their discretion to charge this additional charge to the guests or not (what?) and I had the option not to pay. And I told her that I chose not to pay.
I am not sure what it is. But I felt something not right.
From the start until I left, I never felt welcome at this hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.
