Towels are not replaced unless requested.
Same goes for room cleaning.
We used the basement, but ventilation was difficult and the refrigerator welcomed us warmly, but the refrigerator was also not clean.
However, I am satisfied with the good location for the price and it is not bad for just sleeping.
But taking 50 pounds as a hotel management fee is a bit unpleasant.
It's more expensive than accommodation, damn it

They kept some of my deposit without any contact about such which is very disappointing given it isn't even in the smallprint that they expect you to provide one when checking in. Pretty cheeky way to milk customers... They keep it for a full week first, and provide no reason for not fully refunding...

Very very dirty hotel, we arrived at 8 in the morning and until 3 pm there was no one at the reception. Everything very dirty, NOTHING TO SEE WITH THE PHOTOS.

Location is very convenient, can do with a deep clean all around the room, and tidy up fix the cable the cracked when we were there it more like stay in teenagers flat. But all round will recommend this place for few reasons, like, for the economic trip and great location.

Excellent location. The basic cleanliness, the sheets very good, but the bathroom had a good scrubbing pending on the cabinet doors. We did not have a breakfast option. Accommodation only. As we only wanted it to sleep and shower, it has been perfect.
