Very disappointed, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment as I requested a cancellation due to a change in my travel plans. I believe it is standard procedure to receive a refund under these circumstances, especially considering that I made the cancellation request within 30 minutes of booking.
despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response from them as they have declined my request.

Overall it was very good, not crowded, the room was very clean, the attitude of the front desk staff was very good, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and we were arranged on the top floor with a good view.
