Bonne surprise ! Nous sommes venus à Londres pour faire des musées du coup le logement était anecdotique. Cependant nous avons était agréablement surprise par la « qualité » de l’hôtel. Nous avions vu des avis mitigés. L’hôtel est dans son jus mais fait l’affaire. Les lits sont confortables et propres, la salle de bain mériterai d’être refaite. Nous avons était très touchées par le changement de service à la deuxième journée ! C’est un très bon point positif. Une fois le Check in fait nous avons une clé qui nous permet de rentrer dans l’hôtel à n’importe quelle heure.
