Overall it's OK, mainly because it's easy to apply

The location is great~ The room is a bit small and the style is unique.

The hotel did not have a four-star rating after staying for three days: the slippers were terrible and very thin and could not be worn; the hotel's wifi signal was very poor; the smell was terrible; the hotel's sewer was blocked and the water was very slow; the bathroom did not even have a door; the double bed was made of two The small beds are pushed together; the hygiene is very bad; there is an unpleasant smell in the elevator; there are strange things in the toilet; the sound insulation is very poor; there is no hot water to boil (the hot water kettle works sometimes); the room is very dark and there is nothing in the closet Can't see; the light table lamp in the room can't be turned on, and the corners are very dirty; we agreed to downgrade the room, but there is no signal and wifi in that room. When we responded to them, they thought the wifi was good and couldn't understand our opinions. They felt that our complaints had affected them, so when we left, they complained about our complaints instead of apologizing. the reasons that we think it is a not good hotel: the facilities are not get four star like the website said: the slippers are so bad we can't wear; the wifi in the room is not efficient, even the signal is poor; and there is a nasty smell in the room and in the lift; the sewer likes blocked because the water get through very slow when we first used it; the shower place even has no door; two beds make one big bed sounds ridiculous; and the dust bin is too small in the bath room and there is something strange; noisy; the electric kettle is not worked sometimes, actually it was successful just once; it’s too dark: the light in the closet is not worked and also the table lamp in the room; there is so horrible in every corner in the room: too dirty! we agreed that the room can be down grade because we wanted to live on the same floor but the workers didn't tell us that there is no Wi-Fi and even the signal! More, before we checked out, they was told us the wifi is definitely ok (but they never give us any solution) as same as the kettle and the lamp and the sewer. These three days are not good for us. I think they feel that we are trouble when we complain the facilities and no sorry.
