We booked this hotel as it is near to concert Hall which is one station away. We enjoyed our stay especially the breakfast which is the best compared to other 5 star hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Canary Wharf, and you can walk to any area in London's financial district.
The service is very good. For example, when I accidentally scratched my hand, the front desk immediately provided a band-aid.
The facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all very good.

It's pretty average. There's not even mineral water in the room. The deposit has not been refunded for a month. I don't know how the hotel handles it. The hotel scenery is very average.
