It is a good place if you don't want to spend so much time inside a room, visit the city and just going back to sleep (nice bed / location)

This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming.
Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that

The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything we deserve. The location was ok. There is a supermarket nearby. Service super friendly and satisfying. Equipment very good.

Convenient to shop and taking subway, not far from the centre. Provide dinner and breakfast and the room cleaning, space are all good. Thanks for the service here, all staffs are nice and kind; especially Michelle, always welcome guests with big smile. To remind, the WiFi should alternatively been paid.

Let’s look at the positives first: it’s affordable, it’s clean, the staff were very helpful, it’s convenient for transport. However it appears that Travelodge are becoming the ‘Ryanair’ of hotels. Get there at 1pm rather than 3pm? Pay an extra £15 early check in. Want the internet for more than half an hour? Pay extra. Want a hairdryer? Not in your room, go to reception. Want a socket near a mirror so you can dry your hair? Forget it. I always judge a hotel on whether I’d stay here again. It was a good price but it was just annoying, so I would prefer a premier inn.

We needed somewhere central to stay in London for work that didn’t cost too much. This Travelodge did the trick. Bogdan on reception was very helpful at sorting out how to use the WiFi code I bought for the two days and the pizza on the second night was tasty.
