The room was too small for two people to unpack at the same time.
We stayed in the basement room, which was a first for us and felt very enclosed.
The room didn't have an electric kettle or tea or coffee.
The only good thing was that it was close to the subway station, which was very convenient.
I wouldn't stay again.

Nice stay. Definitely recommended. Hotel is in the centre of waterloo and with in walkable distance 5 mins from waterloo station and have great choices of restaurants nearby.

Superb location. Very easy access to anywhere. Lots of convenient shops around and right in front of Underground station (Lambeth North). But this room is super small, I did a measurement about 8-9m2 max.
