What I liked at first was the convenient location: opposite the subway station and a three-minute walk to Big Ben. I felt great after moving in: the decoration is very new, the facilities are complete and high-grade, and the bed and bedding are very comfortable. It will be my first choice when visiting London in the future. It feels better than many super five-star hotels I stayed in before.

I don't recommend it very much. It's not as clean as the Holiday Inn at the airport.
Service: A family of four booked two rooms and was given the first room on the corridor on the bottom floor (facing the exit door!) and the last room on the corridor! You tell me this is not discrimination, what is it!
Environment: Three-star standard, the lobby is very, very small
Hygiene: 🚽There are old stains. Check-in was not until 9 pm. There was an unknown liquid on the floor of the shower room! I seriously suspect that it was not cleaned!
Facilities: The sockets on the desk cannot be used! The makeup mirror light in the bathroom is not connected to the bathroom, which means that the makeup mirror cannot be turned on even if the light in the room is turned off. The sockets in the bathroom 🔌 do not support hair dryers!
