Good hotel but a bit out dated. Smelt of bleach and damp which wasn’t pleasant but it is okay if you’re not spending loads of time in the room. Area is quite rough but it is very accessible and everything you’ll need is nearby

Unclear instructions in the room regarding WiFi and no one picking up on the reception from the room phone.

The most bizarre experience I had was waking up in a room that smelled of cheap perfume as if someone visited late at night, while I was asleep overnight. I bought a sandwich at the M&S petrol station nearby and got drowsy and sleepy after eating that sandwich. I woke up in a room filled with cheap perfume and got a very bad back pain after using their towels. I do suspect someone used their masterkey to enter my room while I was fast asleep after consuming that drowsy sandwich I got from the M&S petrol station store on Shephard's Bush Grn. The hotel staff didn't take my allegations seriously and dismissed them as nonsensical. I left completely confused and with a horrible back pain.

The room didn't feel ready at all.
The first thing I noticed was that the washstand in the bathroom was rotten, and the entire wreckage was just there. Next, there was only shampoo in the shower area, but no shower gel. Finally, we found that there was no hair dryer, so we thought we had to rent one from the front desk. Later, the front desk said that each room was equipped with one, but our room didn’t have one at the beginning. Finally, the front desk staff returned the hair dryer to us.
But it really feels like the hotel didn't prepare the rooms for guests at all.
