The location, near Paddington Station, is good. The room in the large old house was a mere attic. There was no cold water in the shower. Only a fan circulates the warm air. The breakfast buffet is manageable.

Good locaction, big rooms. The towels were not very clean, but so was the room. It's a pitty the roomdor didn't have a latch. Good experience in general, the breakfast had all needed.

Small, clean room with adequate electrical outlets and mounted fan. Desk staff were lovely and helpful
Location is great, in walking distance from the station, Hyde Park and many rental bikes.
