除了小點別的都很好！不過倫敦寸土寸金的，小點也能理解，沒有多大影響！真的很乾凈，廁所還有烘乾的管道意外的驚喜！

酒店位置優越，離地鐵站很近，而且這個地鐵站有地鐵可乘，對於拿大件行李的人來説太方便了。對面就是個公園，周邊還有公交總站。去大英或者牛津街中國城乃至海德公園那片吃玩都方便。
從門衞、前台到客房餐廳，遇到的服務人員都主動耐心有禮貌。
房間比一般酒店大，床和國內5尺床差不多，兩個成人睡也不擠。衞生間更大，還有加熱毛巾架。有免費小食、瓶裝水，咖啡機自由可以煮咖啡的，冰箱裏有瓶免費的咖啡牛奶。
特別適合首次或第二、三次來倫敦的遊客。機場一部地鐵即達。帶長者小孩的下午可以回房休息一下再出來玩。
特別要謝謝攜程。太牛了，這個價格真是IHG會員都不一定有。而且購買之後的一系列服務也到位，入住很快很方便。希望下次再有機會。
