Lovely, central hotel within easy walk of central London. Lovely buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Bedrooms comfortable and perfect as a base. My only criticism would be the very strong smelling air fresher used in the entrance/reception area which was too strong and synthetic smelling.

This hotel is great for travelers because public transportation is a close distance (tube: Piccadilly line). I enjoyed the stay there. There’s also free breakfast if we choose not to have a cleaning service, which is amazing if you ask me! British Museum is very very close as well, great for tourists

The location is very good. It is close to Euston Station and close to the British Museum. It's a bit cold, perhaps because the building is a bit old. It's worth a day's stay.

The room is quite spacious and the bed is not too narrow, but the bathroom is too small. The shower room cannot be turned around and the shower curtain sticks to the body. The most troublesome thing is that the room is right next to the road, there is no soundproofing at all, and I can't sleep at all...

Good environment, good service, good food and clean accommodation. The only problem was that the windows were leaking and the sound of cars driving by could be heard downstairs in the middle of the night.

Very happy staying here! A great base for exploring London. Close to Holborn, plenty of great places to eat and just a ten minute walk from the tube station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a twin room which was basic but fine as we were only really there to sleep. Everything was clean and tidy. We ran out of both room products so asked at reception and friendly receptionist resolved for us, full products were delivered ten minutes later! Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice and the cooked selection was spot on, plenty of freshly cooked options. Again, the staff were friendly and helpful.

No air con, can’t get air in through windows, rubbish basic fan. Too hot to even be able to sit in room. Stayed out until time to sleep. Most of breakfast was good but bacon was definitely off, funny colour, funny smell.

Hotel room old fashioned and tired decor. Iron facilities a bonus as well as tea/coffee biscuits. Friendly staff throughout my stay, location is good.
