The room is not small, but the hotel facilities and services are very average, and really cannot meet the level of a four-star hotel: 1. The toilet needs to be flushed many times before the water comes out; 2. The housekeeping staff not only did not clean up the paper bag of garbage I put next to the trash can because it is too small, but also piled it at the door; 3. Some hotel employees are very rude. When I entered the hotel at night, I was stopped in an interrogative tone and asked whether I entered the hotel from the parking lot or from somewhere else.

Not the best of experiences
Firstly the car park is £40 per night !
Then reception is up a floor and the ground floor weren’t very helpful unless you were in a pilot uniform
The rooms really basic for the price
And the carpets stained
Best part was the location next to the Hammersmith Tube station

The hotel promised me to refund back my advance immediately .But they did not returned even after 17 days .I have called them and send emails many times but no reply from NOVOTEL LONDON WEST
