It's a decent hotel, right next to Tower Bridge. There are chain cafes and hotel restaurants nearby. It's not that convenient if you want to eat snacks or buy something from the supermarket. But the subway station is right next to it, and the transportation is very convenient.
The hotel facilities are average and passable.

The hotel is well located, few minutes away from subway. The room is clean and spaces. Staffs are polite and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Overall is a nice hotel. Will stay again if I travel to London next time.

The room is large, with a sofa, a comfortable bed, a relatively large bathroom, and a quiet room. It is very close to the Tower Bridge and is very convenient to walk to. Hilton is opposite. The elevator floor with OK security requires a card.

The executive room I booked was turned into a regular room on the first night, but I found out and made things right the next day. Without this incident, it would have been pretty good, considering my expectations for London.

The Tower of London is visible when you exit the subway. It is a 10-minute walk from the Tower of London, but it is far from the city center, so there is nowhere to go when you come back. The facilities are average, and the service is OK, but you can't store your luggage, which is not as good as the other one. So overall it's average.
