Yes, it is an apartment reform. Very close to the department store.
The only downside is that the room we were given was in the basement and the room smelled like curry. The sound of walking on the floor can be heard every day, and the restaurant is above the room. It would be nice if you lived upstairs.

This hotel is the ideal boutique experience—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The Night Manager and Hasheed truly went above and beyond during my one-night stay. After my airline lost my luggage, they arranged for my only set of clothes to be laundered overnight, ready by 5:00 a.m. after a 9:30 p.m. arrival. Hasheed even hand-delivered my freshly laundered clothes to my room on a serving tray—an incredibly thoughtful touch. They also provided essential toiletries, making a stressful situation feel surprisingly manageable. The room itself was spotless, with a cozy bed, heated bathroom, and stylish decor that perfectly captured modern English charm. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in London.

I got the room I requested and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, including berries, pastries and main dishes. Location on a quiet street and convenient to the tube, Chelsea, Kensington and Mayfair. Highly recommend.
