Friendly and helpful staff. Clean ,comfortable room. Excellent views from the room ! Short walk to DLR station. Good breakfast with lots of choice.But what impressed me the most was the staff .From receptionist to bar staff to breakfast staff. All friendly and efficient. Thank you.

The bathroom got soaked when I took a shower, shower attachment wasn’t great (shower curtains are / always have been rubbish ). Everywhere soaked outside it, had to use the towels to mop up the floor, toilet rolls ruined If the staff hadn’t been so lovely ~ it would have been a lower score

The stay was very nice! Breakfast was great! The location offered quick walks to a DLR line for easy access to the heart of London. This hotel is highly recommend for anyone needing access to the O2 area as it is nearby. Several other mass transit stations are also available but a little bit long walk

Clean and good breakfast! Only thing was the flush on the toilet wasn’t very powerful. Service from Elisampeta at breakfast, polite and smiley when showing us to the table and very helpful when we wanted some pancakes heated up! Would recommend with a good location about 30 mins into the centre of London and right next to the o2

Brilliant but at night only 1 staff on bar and the que was 30 deep Very frustrating when all you wanted to do after long day was sit relax and have nice drink plenty staff downstairs definitely won’t be stopping here anytime soon the que at o2 wasn’t this bad

We staying at the Docklands central hotel fairly regularly. Team is always helpful and polite. The most recent stay Ana and Thubaina booked us top floor room with amazing view. We came earlier and they happily rezerved a room for us with the view at no extra cost. Location is very good, DRL takes you straight to London bridge where you can take a river walk to London Eye and other famous places. Price is always good as well

Very friendly staff especially Mary at the breakfast station. She. could not do enough to help us. The area was kept clean and tidy. Reception was also helpful but Mary made the stay so enjoyable. And fun. Would like to have taken Mary home she would have sorted our house
