Ho trovato l'alloggio impeccabile. Situato davanti a Kensington Garden in una zona elegante e tranquilla ma ben servito dai famosi autobus rossi e abbastanza vicino alla metropolitana. Molto confortevole e pulito ( le pulizie sono giornaliere) con parquet in terra e un bagno per ogni stanza. Una moderna cucina molto ben attrezzata e un soggiorno con finestra sul parco ci hanno consentito di consumare dei pasti insieme in tranquillità. Unico piccolo neo: il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alla reception, situata fuori dalla residenza e quando siamo passati a ritirarli abbiamo trovato chiuso e solo dopo una telefonata e dopo un'attesa di almeno 20 minuti, è venuta un'addetta ad aprire. Considerato che dovevamo recarci in aeroporto e avevamo i minuti contati, l'inconveniente poteva essere molto dannoso.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the apartment itself was very roomy. We were a group of six women and booked two, three bedroom apartments. We loved them!! Sarah at the front reception was fabulous!! Any issues (minor), were addressed immediately. After spending months looking for accommodations for our group, Buckingham & Lloyd’s was very reasonable compared to booking six hotel rooms. The advantage of having a living room offered space to gather in at night when we all wanted to partake in cocktails before we went out for the evening or watch a movie together when we returned. The area was very nice as well. Would definitely stay there again!! There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Grato and Publiq were two that we had dinner at and both were delicious!! The Milestone Hotel had a wonderful Afternoon Tea that also had gluten free and vegan options, which were greatly appreciated for a few in our group. There is a Whole Foods a short walk away that we were able to pick up wine, snack and breakfast items for the apartment. All in all we had a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful, clean, modern accommodations. Service was wonderful and so many small touches (water filtering machine, drying rack, etc). Location is quiet so not in the middle of hustle and bustle but very walkable to so much down the street at Kensington High Street and directly across the street from Kensington Palace with the beautiful park. This is def a 5 star accommodation. We will stay here again for sure.
