Everything was good, untill we checked out when we were greeted by a very rude and clearly a very money orientated individual. Very disappointed in the ending. He stated that he was going to charge us money for this and for that, making up whatever rule he could think of just to make a bit of extra money out of his customers. Absolutely awful customer service, was nothing but argumentative and didn't really have any way of communicating in a productive or mothocidal manner. Let down the whole stay. Will not be staying again.
They do not care for you.
They just want every penny they can shake out of you..
DO NOT STAY HERE.
ps. That's not to mention the very clear and obviously covered up mould issues.

The room is well-equipped and clean. The only drawback is that the corridor is too noisy. The surrounding transportation is convenient. There are buses to the city. It is a 10-minute walk from the Emirates Stadium. Rooms are in short supply on match days, so book early.

Worse than I expected, basically not a 4-star hotel.
I chose the 4th family room. The room was rather gloomy with only a thin transom window. There are very few items provided in the room. You basically have to prepare bottles of water by yourself.

Stayed here overnight for the Mary J Blige and 50 Cent concert at Tottenham Stadium. Very clean hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and air conditioned. 10 minutes walk to the nearest tube station. The staff are polite and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel was reasonably priced for London, not sure I like having a fire exit light in the room as this makes it a bit too bright at night. Hotel needs a few more renovations to be perfect but overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic stay and will be back ! receptionist Lily was amazing and made sure me and my friend had everything we needed 😊 about a 8 minute walk from tube and finsbury park. Super clean and bed was very comfy - so handy having the kitchen ! Overall - will be back next time we are in london. 😊
