Great location, very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Basic English breakfast. The biggest problem is the noise coming fron the street as it is just above a local pub. The staff is friendly.

We went to The Fitzrovia Belle Pub and had a pretty bad experience. The person serving looked like she was there against her will and even rolled her eyes back. A plate of nachos took 45 mins to come with no apology.

This has to be one warmest and friendliest hotel stays I’ve had in London - the room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a well designed bathroom.The bar downstairs is a great place to stop for a drink and food before or after exploring and the complementary breakfast was very good quality. Will definitely be on the list of places to stay for future visits.

Me and my friend went for a roast in here. The venue itself looks lovely. The food though wow that needs real working on, they asked £19.95 for a roast dinner that was mainly veg was not fresh at all- frozen. Absolutely disgusting, was such a shame as we had travelled quite a way to go for a roast dinner.

Excellent location
The only slight issue was the people in the room opposite as they in and out of their room banging around between 1am and 5am. The room and service was excellent

Nice comfortable, spacious, clean room above a nice pub in the buzzing heart of London. Pros: super easy check-in; spacious, cosy and very clean room; great waterfall shower, super convenient and well connected location. Cons: noisy at night due to the location (drunk revellers on the streets). No alternative milks for breakfast (come on, this is 2024). Some wear and tear in the bedroom and bathroom (worn chair and paint peeling) but not bad enough to put me off. Would def stay again. Super convenient.

Great experience with very helpful staff. Jenny & her team were excellent; room & breakfast more than adequate. Great location for restaurants and transport links. Recommended!
