Incorrect apartment number on confirmation email. Nobody there to let us in, it took us over 90 minutes to get in which meant we were late to our event. Nobody answered the phone number provided to us ahead of arrival when nobody was there to let us in. Apartment was trashed when we got there. Broken blinds and no curtains on window next to bed right next to a road on the ground floor so anyone could see in. We found what looked like blood on the cupboards in the kitchen. No toilet roll. TV remote didn't work, no way to turn on TV without remote. No hot water. Refused a refund apart from "not charging us for using the sofa bed linens" (only alternative being sleeping in plain view of people on the street given no curtains in the bedroom)

Sketchy Experience
Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls.
They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found).
The shower was broken and there was no hot water.
They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen" charge.
The place is well located, and if done properly has the potential to be nice. However I would strongly recommend you do not deal with these people.

Be warned - they text you to try and get you to cancel it on the day - stated that someone had died in the property and could not rent it! Very sorry for this if it was true but they do not go through the right channels. It was the queen's funeral weekend - and the weird thing is they would not go through *********** to cancel it for hours!! Awful people to deal with, if they text you block them and make them use the website you booked it through. I have to say *********** were great at helping us to sort the devastating situation - we booked this in March. Always go through *********** as they really do support and deal with it very quickly - they were brilliant.
