The hotel is right on the river bank, but it is a little far from the subway station. You need to go to the other side of the river to sit. The front desk is quite friendly. There is no housekeeping service. You can ask the front desk to change the towels. It is very convenient to have a washing machine in the room.

The facilities in the room are very new, the decoration is good, and the British style is very comfortable. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, so you can cook your own meals. There is also a small bar where you can sit and drink a little wine, which is also quite special. We have booked a premium studio, however we were assigned to a accessible studio, where the shower was a open space, which are slightly inconvenient for us as we do not need an accessible bathroom, the sink was quite small and extremely low for us too as it should be convenient for disabled guests but not for us. There was a bottle of milk left in the fridge too from previous guest.
Despite of the room type, everything was good, the design of the room was great and better than lots of hotels in London
