Overall, this price includes breakfast and is very cost-effective. The location is a bit far from the subway. My room was a bit damp, and the quilt was a bit wet; there was a problem with the water pressure when it rained... it sprayed super hot water every few minutes (exactly the same problem as the English comment translation below), and my mouth was swollen the next day... I don't know if it was because the pillow was not clean or the water was the problem.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, you need to take a bus to go to the subway station / cross the multi-vehicle highway to go to the LRT.
The hotel next to the residential area has a beautiful environment, but there are not many choices for eating.

Arrivée très décevante avec une hôtesse d’accueil absolument pas aimable (c’était la seule, les autres étaient sympathiques et polis). Elle ne comprenait mon nom de famille malgré que je lui ai épelé (aucune envie de faire un effort avec des français…). Ma fille (de 6 ans !) regardait son ordinateur et a trouvé notre nom donc lui a montré. Elle a tourné l’écran pour qu’elle ne puisse plus voir, sans l’écouter et a continué à essayer de le chercher. Et le 2eme jour au petit déjeuner, elle n’a pas répondu à notre bonjour et a juste grommelé un « no » quand je lui ai demandé s’il y avait du jus de cranberries (il y en avait la veille, et l’étiquette était présente, mais pas le jus, ma question était donc légitime! ) 2nde déception de l’hôtel : malgré l’indication de restaurant de cuisine internationale « Fogg’s », malheureusement ce n’est absolument pas vrai ! Nous nous sommes faits avoir en revenant fatigués d’une longue journée avec la seule envie de manger à l’hôtel sans ressortir. Aucun explication, on nous a juste envoyé vers la pizzeria en face. Absolument pas digne d’un 3 étoiles et à plus de 200€ la nuit ! Pour finir par une note positive, la literie est bonne, l’hôtel est pratique d’accès en transports et le petit déjeuner est complet. Mais nous n’y reviendrons pas pour ces raisons.

Our son booked & paid for us to stay here for one night when our original accommodation fell through. Unfortunately, he didn't check the reviews & when I did I was seriously put off by the mention of the dreaded "BB". We tried to cancel but he would have lost the money he had paid for the booking. So we decided to go along & give it a look & if we felt uncomfortable we had planned to just walk away. Anyway when we arrived the guy on reception was really pleasant & we were checked in quickly & given our key card to room 310. On entering it reminded me of one of my son's university rooms back in the day, just larger. It smelled nice & fresh, the bed linen was clean & in good condition. The pillows looked new. After a thorough check I couldn't see any obvious signs of BBs so we decided to stay. The loo & shower worked fine, there was plenty of hot water & ample body soap & shampoo. Initially we couldn't get the TV to work so I rang reception on my mobile (no phone in the room) & the pleasant guy who had checked us in earlier offered to come up & have a look. We declined as we were ready for bed so he told us just to switch it off at the back & then switch it back on again which did the trick. We slept well, the hotel was generally very quiet except for a couple of people returning from a night out but they soon quietened down. So overall our stay was a solid 3 star but don't think we'd choose to stay there again.

Got cancelled at the last minute as they had overbooked despite paying in full up front. Couldn't care less about their guests. One lucky point is I see on another review that they have bed bugs at Ibis Canary Wharf. In future I;ll stick with Premier Inn, always a safe bet.
