Quite expensive, not cost-effective, maybe that's why London is so expensive.

Upon our arrival, there was a dried yellow flower on the door handle of our room. When we removed it, it broke into pieces and fell to the floor. Four days later, they were still there. They didn't vacuum the hallway even once. Neither did they vacuum the room; they only made the beds and changed the towels. We had to pick up the hairs on the bathroom floor from combing our hair ourselves. We were always one towel short, and on some days, they didn't even take away the dirty ones. The mattresses and pillows were extremely soft, so we didn't get any rest, and the window didn't have a suicide prevention system, so it was locked and the room couldn't be ventilated.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
