Hotel Indigo London Kensington

給安排地下室的房間 稍微有點不舒服 房間還算大 餐廳服務員都很熱情 前台有點一般 最後一天房間也沒打掃 希望可以改進

訂的標準房，結果給我地下一層。後來發現好多評論是給的地下一，也不知道是歧視還是咋滴。反正地下一不舒服，雖然有窗但新鮮空氣窩在天井基本進不來，天井裡麪也是有幾個垃圾，看着就噁心。地下一層樓道也是有味道感覺散不出去，悶。沒去樓上，不知道樓上有沒有味道。每天早晨出門就一股子味道，影響去玩耍的心情。哦 我確實也見到一個外國客人在地下一，但這價格也不便宜，2000+一晚給我地下一我就是不開心！ 早餐是現點現做，還可以吧，但肉腸很難吃。自助也沒有蔬菜，沒有新鮮蔬菜吃！ 服務員很熱情，也願意聊兩句。整體服務態度還是挺好的。 地理位置還可以，地鐵站很近，去温布爾登方便。 他家洗浴用品很舒服，味道喜歡，indigo的全球標配。

位置超棒，十分喜歡

The hotel is very close to the station and two subway lines, but the selected room I booked is actually on the underground floor and does have windows. The breakfast is good and can be ordered.

The British Museum, Big Ben and other important attractions are all accessible by subway. The windows are quite comfortable. The rooms are not big. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. The breakfast is a standard English breakfast, but the breakfast has not changed during my three nights. The hotel is in an old house with old facilities. The bathroom upstairs is leaking. I arrived late on the first night and the room I was given was in the basement with no windows. I was moved to a room on the first floor the next day. The good location is the biggest advantage.

The room facilities are too poor. There are signs of water leakage. The glass is broken. The temperature is low. The room smells musty. The front desk manager was very unfriendly and didn't accept any opinions. He just said no. I asked to solve the problem or change the room, but he said the room was full. I sat at the front desk for half an hour and people checked in one after another, but he was still checking in. I asked to check out, but he said no refund. obvious discrimination I couldn't stand it anymore so I just packed my bags and left. The room facilities were terrible—there were leaking water stains, broken glass, and the room was very cold. The front desk manager was extremely unfriendly and refused to accept any feedback, he only said “No” to everything. When I asked to resolve The hotel was fully booked due to the issues or change rooms. However, I sat at the front desk for half an hour and saw people continuously checking in. When I requested a refund due to poor conditions, they said no refunds were allowed. It was clear discrimination. I couldn't tolerate it anymore and eventually just grabbed my luggage and left.
