The hotel is too far from the subway station, the location is too remote, and it is impossible to call an Uber at 8 am. (But there is a bus stop right outside)

Even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign, they would knock on the door and wake me up, and at 2am I got a call asking if the fire alarm had gone off. The extension process was also not smooth, they came to my room to ask when I was checking out, and I had to go to the front desk every time I used my room key, not holding it up. It was disgusting. I never want to stay there again.

It was not doubletree hilton worthy. Breakfast was a disaster with a manager Walinga off customers, no water available if you ask for it even tough we paid for the breakfast the last morning we even did not get a bottle of water because there was not any. etc etc
