總體滿意，推薦。地理位置很好，從地鐵/火車/公交大樞紐vauxhall出來沿着河邊直線走個十來分鐘就到了。裝修現代，設施都很新，房間裏攤得開大號行李箱，梳洗的水壓水温也完全OK。早餐種類夠多，有河景看。人氣很旺，前台專業高效。
唯一減分項是網上客服郵箱。退房過了幾天後有事找他們，發了兩封郵件衹得到一個AI回覆讓我等，就等了四天還杳無音信，最後衹好趁着回國前順路再去前台問，黑人小哥很麻溜地幫我解決了問題。

Overall: it was ok.
The hotel is very nice, well laid out, well located and the service is quite nice.
Unfortunately, the heating in our room did not work (only cold air came out of the device), which is problematic when it is winter and the blankets we are given are summer duvets (so light). The solution that was offered to us (after having to insist several times...) is an additional heater and another light blanket to put on top of our blanket.
We were told that the heating would be repaired the next day, unfortunately this was never the case.
Concerning the pool/spa area, the water is indeed heated, the temperature is good and bearable for people who are sensitive to the cold.
On the other hand, the slots indicated as "adults only" are not and we are therefore mixed with children. If you are looking to relax in peace in this space, it will only be you and your luck.

房間不大（跟國內相比），整體上還是很整潔的。衞生間淋浴房和浴缸都有。
因為東西比較多，所以這些天都是選擇了勿打擾（不用清潔）模式。中間有需要補給可以直接去前台要。
唯一讓人感覺很奇怪的是，前面八天，淋浴房都可以正常使用（或許有異樣我們沒發現？），最後兩天，當我想洗澡時（早上九點多和晚上九點多，發現淋浴不出水（洗手池和浴缸都有水）。貌似特定時間可以洗（一次是凌晨3點，一次是晚上十一點以後都洗成功了）。反正其他時間能不能洗我不知道。
另外，衞生間下水道偶爾會反臭味。
