The worst business hotel experience ever!!
No mini fridge, dirty room, dirty towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, need to get the hair dryer by yourself at the reception desk, only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi every 24 hours… etc
In the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short, and the shower area is too shallow, so the water is everywhere every time you take shower, absolutely unpleasant.
Definitely not recommended and won’t stay in this hotel in the future.

2 Room was good but 3rd room was not good because AC is not working and also there is no exhaust fan. Food was not good quality also Ice cream was smelly and service was very late.

The stay at the hotel was very nice. The rooms were very well kept and the breakfast service was also good. The location is very good, hotel located next to southwalk station and waterloo station. Bhanu at reception was the most helpful staff as well.

Helllooooo I recently visited this hotel The team was very helpful and provided us with we need and also The hotel looked clean and neat the location was peace as it was just few minutes walkable distance from the station and also good customer service Will come back for sureee !

A big thank you to Dinesh for going above and beyond during our stay at Travelodge. We really appreciated the extra milk for our teas – such a small gesture but it genuinely made us feel looked after. And shoutout for the amazing hair dryer too – finally one powerful enough to dry my hair without taking all morning! The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and Dinesh’s friendly attitude made us feel really welcome – you’re a star, Dinesh! We’ll definitely be back.

The service provided by the team at the hotel was exceptional. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. A team member called Scarlett went above and beyond to solve a lost baggage issue I had which at the time caused me distress. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone travelling to London.

Breakfast was not nice. Over cooked dry bacon, mushrooms were dry and looked raw, no eggs apart from huge lumps of scrambled eggs which put me off having cooked breakfast. Certainly not worth the price we paid. Someone emptied a huge amount if glass bottles into a skip outside our window which made an horrendous noise way past midnight. Overall we certainly didn't get our monies worth. Will definately will be staying with Premier Inn in future and keeping away from Travelodge.

Good friendly service and clean room. Will definetly stay again. Was happy with everything. Staff were friendly and very helpful, overall felt comfortable. Will reccomemd to friends and family in the future!. Had i great experience and look forwards to my next stay
