The hotel is in a very convenient and safe location. Except for the 14th floor which is noisy at night, everything else is perfect.

I was invited to stay here for my friends award show in London and I was amazed by my experience! Beautiful location, view from the room was lush, quirky hotel, amazing staff, great food and I loved the signature scent! The staff went above and beyond to make the trip special and were inviting and kind, particularly Yvonne (who is an actual legend and I'm glad we got to meet her, she showed us the Nest and was all-out great), Fahmi who welcomed us on our first day and was glorious, and Roman who put up with my drunk ramblings. A shout out also to the night time general manager who's name I didn't catch but had to listen to my friend talk about fantasy football ... Also drunk. The bed was comfortable and the room immaculately clean. Shower was great and big for chubby bodies... Like mine. Oh, and the robe FIT which was a breath of fresh air, that was a very nice moment for me. I loved the addition of teapigs teabags and the attention to detail that made the stay so memorable, like a cute little Paddington Bear and a window seat complete with kaleidoscope! Breakfast was stunning with a lovely view as well! A huge thanks to the whole team, you are grand.

Three House London was a fantastic experience! The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Yanush, the manager, truly stood out—his exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable.

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel is perfectly located for work, dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s not in a touristy part of town, but it is quirky and fun with exceedingly polite staff. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.
