The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is convenient. I would consider booking again.

The hotel is very new and the breakfast is a bit monotonous

Hotels in London are not cheap. We chose this relatively new hotel, and it lived up to our expectations. The facilities were up-to-date, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and they even stored our luggage for over 24 hours. Thank you very much.

The environment is pretty good

All the windows in the room could not be opened. The room was small and the air was not circulating. I stayed there for four days and it was very uncomfortable. After asking the staff numerous times, they finally came to clean the room. The most unbearable thing was that the front desk asked for a deposit of 100 pounds when I checked in. Now it has been almost a month since I left the hotel. I have contacted them many times, but they still have not refunded the deposit. Very bad experience

The room service is average, the daily paper is not replenished in time, and the water flow from the bathroom faucet is not good. The hotel is undergoing exterior renovations, and the renovation workers are setting up scaffolding outside the guest rooms without any warning.

Although the room was small, the facilities were new and clean. The breakfast was also good, with a small cup of coffee for the children. The receptionist was very friendly. It's conveniently located a 6-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to get to Oxford Street and Liverpool Street.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It's very close to the train and subway stations, making it very convenient for getting around. I also loved the decor; it was a pleasant surprise on my first night in London. The brunch place around the corner is also very good. The British Museum is within walking distance.

房間設施和設計感都不錯，唯獨讓人不解的是，明明是攜程訂單，完全知道攜程客户一定在攜程付款的。為何酒店前台還讓我付費，入住兩晚付了兩次的費用，原本以為還按金，可是離店遲遲沒有退款，聯繫了攜程説是酒店操作失誤。這點非常坑，欺負中國人嗎？酒店難道不知道攜程訂單的收費情況?沒有去查賬單怎麼辦?是否就這樣多收了費用?寶寶們一定要注意。中國遊客出門很容易被坑。
