The location is excellent but the room is very small. There is only a bed but it is comfortable of course. There are no facilities in the room except shampoo and soap. No cups, no table, no water dispenser in front of the hard drive. The reception is great, they are all welcoming. I would like to thank Naveen in particular. It was really wonderful. Thank you.

Centrally located and with a concept. In this case, it means "forget about the hotel." It's a place exclusively for sleeping: the rooms (or rather, pods) have only a bed, a bathroom, and a minimal amount of space to hang clothes. No TV, no fridge, no hairdryer (upon request), nothing. Comfortable bed, quiet room, no windows... in short, not for the faint of heart. No breakfast, no amenities. Just one person, Leela, very kind and smiling at the non-reception desk. A bit extreme, but definitely an experience for a single night.

It was a very wonderful one especially my encounter with one of the staff Yinka. He was really helpful and supportive in navigation and comfort during my stay. He ensured necessary services that I needed were met easily without stress and even ensured I had the best of stay all through the time i spent at the reservation. Loved this hotel. It is the perfect location right opposite Knightsbridge Tube Station and a couple of minutes from Harrods. The room was very clean and cosy. Just what you need when travelling all day around London. I loved how dark the room was when the lights were out. We slept really well! Will be back again.

Great hotel with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were wonderful—especially Navil, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-prepared upon arrival, making us feel immediately comfortable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of hospitality. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
