There was no front desk service so we were unable to enter when we arrived, as we were not informed that we had to send an email and provide ID and credit card deposit. As a result, we were stuck on the first floor and couldn't go upstairs. In the end, we successfully checked in after completing the email process. However, the heating and hot water supply went out at night, so we had no heating and hot water at night, and it was not until the next day that things returned to normal.
