Spotlessly clean and super cosy, plus a personal welcome note that was a really nice touch. Bob W was really helpful too, letting me check in early at no extra cost – a quick WhatsApp message was all it took. My only slight niggle was that the doors were a bit noisy when closing, both in the hallway and the nearby rooms.

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.

There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay there again.

Perfect area for transportation like bus or train stations 3 minutes walking from bus or tube station. Kensington is a nice area. bob communicated so fast with me. Great amenities for price and place. Would recommend your stay w bob
