The hotel staff is good but there is no lift and the sofa cum beds are not comfortable for chidren

On that prize, it's good but room was a bit small but fine.

It's not far from the main attraction area. The only drawback is that the stairs in the house are relatively steep and narrow, making it inconvenient to carry large luggage. I'm quite satisfied with everything else.

Great value for money. Rooms are surprisingly big with plenty of space for a family stay. Comfy beds, all the usual equipment you may need-fridge, microwave ect. Bathroom are upgraded. Ultimately it’s an old, characterful hotel turned into a small hotel. Staff is dupe friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend for budget stay in handy location.

The place is a family business which is great to support but all the other reasons are wrong.
The room is uncomfortable and cluttered, full of dust and smells bad.
Plus since 10am the cleaner starts to knock to remind you need to check out...
