Customer service very good, average cleanliness, very old hotel, the carpet was not clean, the room was very small, the shampoo was with a dropper, I had to press 10 times to get the amount to take a bath. The hot water was not enough for two people to take a bath. The location was very close to a metro station and a train.

I liked the hotel very much, there are lots of Indian restaurants nearby and shopping opportunities. The staff is very friendly and I found my room comfortable, everything was OK
