The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple.
There is no internet in the room.

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground.
Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

The service on the bar disgusting no manners and so anpolitely girl she tret as like homeless ppl her name was Malaika ,fist want to over charge me , after she.put me in the queue again after waiting and last when I ask for explanation he ignored me completely Unbelievable and incomprehensible for a hotel like premier in.Never again

Not the best experience. One guy on reception. Trying his best but overwhelmed. He did often head off to rooms to deal with issues leaving a queue of ppl waiting. Can bar staff not help? All we heard was sorry don't deal with reception. Also shower very low pressure and shower heads mouldy. Tv not working. Had to ask several times for room to be cleaned. Price versus service very unbalanced.

We arrived at 13:15 pm waited in line to check inn got to the desk and the team member passed us onto someone else and walked away. Check inn was average at best had to ask to book dinner, breakfast and associated meal deals, nothing offered. Room was fantastic no problem at all then the bar!! Waited 40 minutes then decided to leave and find an alternative place to eat and drink!! No-one came to serve us at the bar. Dinner booked for 5pm, arrived and restaurant wasn't set up. Tried to order fish and chips and a steak, after 10 minutes informed that fish and chips were unavailable, ordered beef and ale pie,5 minutes later informed that this was also unavailable so ordered a medium rare mixed grill and a blue steak. 30 minutes later good arrived and the mixed grill was well done and my blue steak was medium well. Ordered dessert (ice cream sundae) when it arrived the ice cream was full of crystals as if it had defrosted and had been re-frozen!!!!! Overall a dreadful experience
