Excellent location, good service, the room is too small (33 square meters as advertised), and there is too much noise outside the window, and there is no view at all. The room facilities and bathroom are too small. Except for the shower (there is no bathtub at all), the whole facility can only be compared to a four-star or business hotel. The price is not worth it (more than 10,000 yuan a night)

The final stop on our UK tour , and we saved the best to last. Superb service, plush rooms with every conceivable extra. Food was outstanding. Everything in this hotel is top class.

I have nothing to say for Mandarin Hotels’ quality of service and staff. Nevertheless, I can make a comparison between MO Mayfair and Hyde Park since I had the pleasure staying in both. Both have great locations, close to best locations. But if you ask me, I prefer Hyde Park because waking up early and have a stroll in HydePark in just one minute is great. In addition to that, Hyde Park Mandarin has a magnificient architecture and welcoming entrance. In Mayfair Mandarin, which is a new establishment, has some drawbacks: 1. There is an ongoing construction next to the hotel so your room view may be obstructed. 2. The restaurant for breakfast is located on a lower floor so no outdoor view - while Hyde Park Mandarin offers a beautiful view overlooking Hyde Park. 3. Mayfair Mandarin does not offer an open buffet breakfast while Hyde Park has a selection both in open buffet and additional plates on menu. 4. Notable comparison on rooms: while Mayfair Mandarin offers only walk-in showers, Hyde Park has hot tub available. When it comes to other amenities, most of them sre generally comparable. I had one downside during my stay in Mandarin Hyde Park: they put us in a room facing interior of the complex. This was the reason I wanted to try newly established Mayfair Mandarin but sadly, it is certain I won’t be choosing this hotel again for my upcoming travels to London. I hope this review can help other travellers

Great location we were upgraded to an unbelievable Suite. We were treated like gold by every single member of the staff. They went beyond politeness, to interest in what we were doing and how we were enjoying our travels we could not have been more pleased. While this is an outstanding property. the attitude of the staff makes it exceptional. We can’t wait to come back to London and stay here.

A group of us visited the Abar on a Saturday afternoon. Such a lovely bar. Service was fantastic Special thanks to Theo and the waiters. Drinks were really good, and some pretty good views over London. We had the added bonus of not only having a DJ but a sax and Bongo player who were spectacular! Will definitely be back!

Hotel situato in un quartiere centralissimo di Londra, vicino a negozi, ristoranti e punti d’interesse, molto moderno e con numerosi comfort. Ci hanno coccolato per tutto il tempo, dalla gentilezza del personale, ai servizi in camera e in spa. Un hotel veramente stupendo che ti rilassa con i suoi profumi e le sue camere meravigliose. Ottima pulizia e cura del cliente. L’Unico punto debole secondo noi e’ stata la colazione, purtroppo alla carta; l’abbiamo trovata di livello leggermente inferiore rispetto allo standard degli altri Mandarin. SPA pulitissima e molto bella. Grazie a tutto lo staff! E’ stato un dispiacere lasciarvi.

Came here to meet friends and was greeted by an obnoxious Italian Bar Manager at the roof top Questioned if I was sold a ticket? Really bizarre behaviour and accusing my friend of selling an event there. Just came to have a relaxed cocktail but felt I was I interrogated by the police
