Nice apartment, but the kitchen table was broken when we arrived. A maintenance man just came into the room because we couldn’t hear him knocking shortly after we arrived, took the broken table away, and said a new one would be brought that never was brought. Weird situation. Considering checkout is at 10 and check in was at 4, not sure why they waited until almost 5 to send someone to get the broken table.

Notre logement était très bien, neuf, mais il y a très peu de fenêtres.
Par contre nous avons vécu une arrivée très compliquée puisque nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’arriver dans un logement déjà occupé par un autre locataire de vacances. Impossible de joindre l’agence le 25 décembre. Heureusement que le chat d’Expedia a bien fonctionné. Une heure plus tard nous avions un autre logement pour nous au sein de la même résidence.
Il semblerait que l’agence a omis de nous transmettre que nous avions changé de logement depuis leur courriel 2 jours plus tôt
