I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found it very convenient in terms of location—just a few minutes' walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with a heater, which made it quite comfortable in the colder weather.
However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The hotel does not have an elevator, which might be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage. Also, the window in my room was a bit drafty, which made the room colder than expected at night.

Location: The location is very convenient, just about 5 minutes away from King's Cross Station. The check-out time is 11 o'clock, I booked a train ticket to Inverness at 12 o'clock, and I'm on my way.
Room: The single room provided by the hotel is on the basement floor. There is no elevator. Friends with heavy luggage should be careful. Although the room is relatively small, it is also very new. It has a fan and a hair dryer. The room is cleaned relatively clean and the decoration is relatively stylish.

the location is good to t Pancras International and King's Cross St. Pancras station, it is good for take early train thur this 2 station to Paris / north of UK, and so far so good.

La chambre est minuscule mais adéquate. Aucun espace de rangement fermé. Tous les jours, je dépose mon imperméable et mon foulard sur ma valise avant de sortir me promener. La veille de mon départ, de retour à ma chambre, le foulard a disparu. Je le signale à la réception qui s'indigne en disant qu'il y a pas de voleurs dans le personnel qu'il n'aime pas mes insinuations. C'est insultant. Je n'aime pas ses insinuations non plus. Le foulard a disparu de la chambre, un point c'est tout. Mon séjour se termine le lendemain matin. Je quitte l'hôtel et j'annule mon prochain séjour qui devait avoir lieu un plus plus tard en juin.
