We had a lovely stay, and the service from the staff truly stood out. Tatiana was incredibly attentive and welcoming during check-in, making the process smooth and pleasant. Also to add that she is very friendly. In the following morning, Raja provided excellent service during breakfast – friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. Both of them made us feel well looked after and really added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you!

The stay at the hotel was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the customer service was great. Our receptionists at the time Amina was amazing and always helped us and ensured we were comfortable and helped us with our rooms. The staff especially Raja and Irene were lovely as they helped us a lot during the breakfast and ensured we had plenty food and we were good and comfortable. Shout out to Amina, Raja and Irene for their excellent service and help.

My company booked this hotel by mistake, (It’s not the best positioned if you would like to access the tube network after a hard days graft), that being said the staff here have made this stay tolerable. Irene who’s been on breakfast is very attentive, & the assistant manager was very welcoming and we got talking motorcycles.

Had a good stay at the hotel with clean rooms for a good price. The breakfast service has limited options but Irene and Juana made sure we got the best service possible. On the previous day there was another kind lady who made sure I got my coffee when the machine got stuck.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our receptionist Amina was very helpful and ensured that we were comfortable and made arrangements as necessary. She showed great customer service and helped us with our rooms. Shout out to Amina

Came down for my birthday weekend fri-Monday with the family was greeted and served by Joanne both Friday and Sunday. We were made to feel more than welcome and the service was excellent. Joanne took the time to get to know our family which was above and beyond and meant a lot

I Had Such a lovely stay with family .Laura and Irene at beckton travelodge made our experience a memorable one . We are originally from London but moved away so came back to visit family for a few days, never booked a hotel before . But the kindness and respect both ladies showed was 1000% full of positivity. My daughter ended up cuddling one of the ladies as she too felt happy. If it wasn't for these ladies I think I would have been stressed haha. The hotel in it self was clean, quiet and peaceful. We over slept on many days because it was that quiet ( on 3rd floor)

Horrible the room smelt - o didn’t even feel comfortable showering - it was very cold and the shower was dirty sink was blocked as well
