Hotel manager chase down & harass hotel guests in front of their hotel room. Never come back to Premier Inn St Pancras as this hotel manager should be fired for authority abuse. Annoyed by hotel manager arrogance & rudeness!

There were several points in the hotel's response that were bad from multiple perspectives.
First, the hotel had not paid the accommodation fee from Trip.com, and the hotel charged me for the accommodation fee. I asked for a refund, but they just insisted that I contact the headquarters, and there was no response from the accommodation. Also, the hairdryer stopped after a few seconds and was broken. I told the front desk that the hairdryer was broken and wanted a replacement, but they only responded a few hours later. The hotel staff and the bar in the hotel are run by the same person, so I think the response will be slow. Please understand that the response will be slow in general. Also, if you book through trip.com, you cannot check in at the kiosk.

The location is good that it’s near to Eurostar St Pancras station which we need to catch an early morning ride. Can pretty save the transportation cost.
