the room was a good size for one person. the ceiling was rather low, especially in the bathtub where one has to stand inside to take showers. even for me and i’m a small person (165cm/5’4). overall bathtub/shower arrangement was awkward. with only narrow glass partition, water would go everywhere. the water pressure was strong, so that’s a silver lining.
appreciated how fluffy and comfy the bathrobe was. the linens felt crisp clean and most of other stuff in the room. but the teaspoons were dirty.
the breakfast was okay. the staffs were nice. the location was good. there is a bus stop very close, hammersmith station is only 25 min on foot, a good shawarma place was nearby, and right next to it there’s sainsbury local. the neighborhood felt safe, which was one of the most important conditions i was looking for.
final thought: mixed. most parts were okay, some not.

Rooms need to be updated but other than that, it’s great. Bed was comfortable and the towels were good to! Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The last morning they had the GM in the breakfast room helping out. Very nice and friendly lady.

The hotel is located directly above Paddington Station, offering direct access via a covered walkway so you don't even need to leave the station. Downstairs, you'll find a Starbucks, M&S, and other stores, making both travel and shopping incredibly convenient. Step outside, and you're immediately at the Tube and train stations, providing easy access to all major attractions and Heathrow Airport. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet at night, with no train noise despite its location. It was a great stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
Conveniently located near UCL, about a 10-minute walk away. It's a 5-minute walk from Euston Station/Tube and 10 minutes from King's Cross Station. There's a community-style supermarket and small commercial area nearby, with several coffee shops directly across the street. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find many Western restaurants, a Sichuan restaurant about 10 minutes away, and a hot pot place around 15 minutes. London Bridge is only 5 Tube stops away, I think. The soundproofing in this old hotel really leaves a lot to be desired, haha, but it was fine; there wasn't much noise at night.

The soundproofing is quite poor, but the service was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. With two subway stations and a bus stop nearby, transportation is very convenient, and tourist attractions are also within easy reach.
This is my second trip to the UK, and my second time staying at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. As always, I was completely satisfied and happy to give it another glowing review.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Southwark tube station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
It's also only 5 minutes from the River Thames, which was perfect for a pleasant morning jog.
This time, I even booked two rooms for my friends, and they were extremely satisfied as well!
Terrible hotel. Checked in, got to room only to find someone else in bed. Was told by receptionist that ‘there couldn’t be’!! Stayed two nights. On both nights first two items on menu choice were unavailable. On second night third choice was Nachos. Delivered to table without chilies, sour cream or cheese. So just the tomato sauce then. Apparently the chef couldn’t find the ingredients 🤦. Upon check out charged twice on card. Asked how stay was and told. Ignored. Never stay there again.
The most perfect hotel in the most perfect location. Every single staff member extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Rooms and general hotel facilities impeccably clean. Location perfect - 10 min walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. Key tube stations Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Holborn & Charing Cross all less than a 10 min walk from hotel. Will definitely be back!
Good location next to tube line. Went to bar for a drink, 2 large glasses of rose wine was £36! Breakfast for myself and my sister was also £36! I know London is expensive but prices a bit steep. Also no breakfast tea in the room just Earl Grey and fruit tea. Room OK with all the amenities you would need.
Amazing stay in Hilton London Tower Bridge. Excellent location near Tower Bridge/ The Shard, well- taken care of a very polite, pleasant ,very considerate and professional service from Ivy at the reception who upgraded our booking with complimentary breakfast/drinks after realising we are celebrating an occasion. GGuest UserThe location is absolutely superb. It's directly opposite Hyde Park, and a short stroll through the park takes you to Knightsbridge and Harrods. The hotel is very close to the Jubilee Line (grey line), and several bus lines stop right outside, offering convenient routes to Victoria Station, from where you can catch a direct train to Gatwick Airport. The Ritz Hotel, renowned for having one of London's finest afternoon teas, is just a 7-8 minute walk away, perfect for a treat. Oxford Street and Regent Street are also easily accessible for shopping. Many guests are from the Middle East, and the hotel even offers a dedicated Middle Eastern menu, with room service orders delivered promptly. Overall, it's a very safe and central location. Initially, we were assigned a less desirable corner room, but the issue was promptly and effectively resolved with the assistance of our Trip.com concierge.
GGuest UserEasy check in arriving at 9pm, concierge was gone but reception had it sorted, I checked in the morning with concierge, Paul Mullins , he was all over the bags arrival the previous night, and was able to help in several other ways sorting some longstanding issues for me

BBukangweineniyansongOur stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf this time truly exceeded expectations – it was a fantastic experience! As a family of four, we booked the large family room, and the king-size bed, which was 2.2 meters wide, plus a 1.5-meter sofa bed, comfortably accommodated all four of us. What's more, the room was 65 square meters, which is incredibly rare for a hotel in London. I was initially a bit concerned about outdated facilities when booking, but it turned out to be quite good; overall, it was clean, tidy, and not at all old. The breakfast was also quite substantial, good enough that we didn't get tired of it even after three days. The hotel is very close to the DLR station, about a 4-minute walk, and a bit further from the Jubilee Line – roughly an 8-minute walk across a small bridge. So, transportation is quite convenient.
SSweet creamThe hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks.
