The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.

Good location. Friendly staff. Easy access to Westfield shopping mall, Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush Market. Clean room. Air conditioning. Free WiFi. Tiny obscure glazed window.

Just my daughter and myself staying here for two nights, as she was attending music gigs. I drove here from the Hammersmith O2 and we arrived just before midnight. No Parking signs and not clear where to park? Found a car park and drove up a ramp but wasn't sure if this was the place for ibis customers. It was dark as late. Decided to drive back down and double park outside the hotel to ask, as it was late at night. I was told it was the right place . Parked but wasn't sure where to exit to get to hotel, as there was no sign? Not keen hanging around in dark place in London and had young daughter with me! Saw a door so assumed it was a lift. Went down but ended up outside Lidls- it was closed and the door out was locked . So back up in the lift! Saw a man in a small car park cubicle box- so asked him where I should go ... he advised me to drive all the way to other side of car park and the ibis lift there. We found it and re parked . But for goodness sake put a sign up by the entry to car park!!! 1. To confirm this is the ibis car park 2. Directions at entry to drive to other side of car park to where the ibis hotel and lift are!! Advise what to do - take car park ticket to reception to get discount. Was only £22 for 2 days which was brilliant - the hotel is central to so much . Cinema, market , gig venue and plenty of shops and eating places. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless and comfy bed . The shower hot and bathroom spotless. Towels and soap etc provided. Everything you need for a stop in London. Staff friendly and all in all a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again if any more gigs this way. Thank you 🙏

The location of the hotel is super convenient, just 2 minutes walk from the subway station! There are restaurants below, a large shopping mall 5 minutes walk, and a large supermarket. Although the rooms feel historical, they are kept clean, the sheets are clean, and they are comfortable to live in!

we booked sapphire hotel but upon arrival was given a room at Pearl hotel few doors away. We are happy with Pearl and have no complain . Thanks to the hotel for giving us as senior citizen a unit at the ground floor. The room is clean , quiet and a large window facing the rear courtyard. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us guide how to travel to Heathrow. Much thanks for their advise. The hotel is well located and easily assessible to many restaurants and pubs . Can walk leisurely to Westfield for shopping too. will consider to use this hotel again next trip to London

Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.

Perfect location and accommodation with very nice price in london! Got upgraded to a family size room with two double beds for just myself. A little walk in closet opposite to the shower space. which is separate from the toilet. Theres also a little pantry space with fridge and kettle and also tea n coffee. Check-in time at 3pm n if u need early check-in they did ask for an extra payment. But u can store your luggage there for free and explore the city if the rooms not ready. The Hammersmith is a nice n conviennent neighbourhood. Three metro lines and many buses to access with. Take a nice morning strolling over the Hammersmith bridge riverside with just a 10mins walk away from hotel. Theres also many nice dining spots and supermarket chains nearby and even the biggest shopping mall among uk the WESTFIELD! Staff r very very attentive and helpful during the stay! Kudos to the team! Every each one of them! U also get to grab a free drink next day from the fridge at the lobby if u choose to opt out the cleaning service. This branch is way better than the one at earl’s court i can guarantee u with my recent stays at both place!

The location is quite convenient. The room for 3 people (2 beds) is okay, not too small, and not too dirty. Shower room is a bit small but clean. There is a kitchen, microwave and sink. Overall I’m good with this stay.

We found this hotel to be excellent in many ways. It was spotless, specious with friendly & caring staff. Breakfast was excellent too. Anything needed could be arranged with no hassel. The bar prices were a bit high, but that's the only negative! You are also not far from bus & tube stations with bars, pubs and shops around as well as takeaway options. Would recommend & use again!
