Booking was easy. Both single rooms were ready and clean on arrival. Facilities in room good - ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, long life milk and fridge. One room needed some finishing touches checked. The other room had no bedside light and switch for overhead light back at entrance door with no means of switching it off at bedside. Overall, staff very pleasant and breakfast recommended at cafe 5 minutes away with a very versatile menu. Luggage stored after checkout for reclamation later. Overall, we felt the hotel had a lot to offer for us.

Lovely room very spacious, comfortable bed . Bathroom was a little small and if I wanted a shower it was impossible because I can't lift my legs over the bath. A walk in shower would be more agreeable but that was partly my fault. Sadly there wasn't a breakfast in the hotel but there was a gorgeous restaurant round the corner that does excellent food

I always stay here when I'm in London. The location couldn't be better,and by using the Elizabeth line underground you can make heathrow airport in about 70 minutes. The accommodation is clean,well maintained and the staff are uniformly good. With the prices affordable this place is unbeatable.

Clean and friendly but needs modernising
It was alright. I did expect a little better from what I seen in the images but the rooms were a little tired and there were little bugs on the walls that kept coming baxk

Had a lovely stay at the Roseview Boutique Hotel — clean, cozy, and full of charm. ALL staff are lovely here but a special thanks to Murshid, who was always so welcoming, kind, and friendly. His warm hospitality truly made our visit extra special. Highly recommend!
