Booked as it was close to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium . 25. Min walk away. Bed was uncomfortable and fridge rattled on and off during the night. But the room was nice and clean and tidy.

Location: dirty and extremely unsafe. This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Avoid it at all costs! I booked this hotel for three nights. The neighborhood is horrible, and the room and bathroom were filthy. There were yellow stains on the shower floor, and the bed sheets and towels looked very old. Fortunately, I brought my own bed sheets and towels. But that’s not all. Around 2 AM, I was jolted awake by the sound of someone throwing stones at my window and shouting, ‘Open the door! I brought you cake.' I was just shocked. Then, they broke in by smashing the glass on the front door, yelling in the corridor where my room was located right behind my door. I was utterly terrified and stayed behind my door and trying not to make any noise, waiting for the intruder to leave. The place itself is far from ideal, but I hadn’t planned to complain until this horrifying incident occurred. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was unsure if the person would return, which added to my distress. I have attached photos of the broken door taken the morning after the incident. It's unbelievable that the property management did not react until two days later with a short message saying "sorry about the inconvenience," as if such a life-threatening issue hadn't happened at all! This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel! It is unbelievable that neither the hotel and nor the famous platform through which I booked are helping with my request for refund! After multiple calls and messages, still no refund whatsoever!

Just avoid this place! The neighborhood is horrible, the room and bathroom are dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own bed sheets and towels. But that’s not all—around 2 am, I was jolted awake by the sound of someone throwing stones at my window and shouting, ‘Open the door!’ I was just trembling in fear. After a while, they barged inside, yelling and kicking the doors. I was utterly terrified and didn’t know what to do. The place itself is far from ideal, but I hadn’t planned to complain until this horrifying incident occurred. Now, I urgently need a refund and want to leave immediately. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m also unsure if the person will return, which adds to my distress.

I previously left a review expressing my concerns about the safety at this establishment. I have attached photos of the broken door, which I took the morning after the incident. Additionally, I want to emphasize that the room door wasn’t very sturdy either. If I had been even more unlucky, the intruder could have easily broken it as well. If you want to have a safe trip, just avoid this place.

😊 - welcoming staff - hotel fairly well located in relation to the centre of London and Stansted airport - Metro about 5 minutes from the hotel - supermarket right opposite the hotel open from 7am to 11pm - room equipped with quite a few sockets including USB sockets so no need for a UK plug adapter - kitchenette shared with the hotel - cheap hotel for London ☹️ - very small room (not a problem in our case since we are really only there to sleep) - very small bathroom, it is difficult to dry yourself after getting out of the shower! - the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be reviewed, it seems like it's sticking to the tables...there's a pub just below that's not very clean either!) - state of the shower (aging and the water adjustment is impossible) - the kettle is unusable because of too much limescale and as if it was burnt at the bottom) - small fridge in the room is practical but very frosty...and it makes a lot of noise for its size! - the room overlooks a busy street and no double glazing (dirty window frames) - radiator on and impossible to adjust so it's too hot in the room! - towels are provided but for 2 people just 2 towels...it's a bit tight, 2 towels each would have been needed! - breakfast = small packet of cereals + milk) - wifi access is not reliable

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a party nearby. I thought this little hotel was great. Check in is done at the bar in the pub, the gentleman was very friendly and walked us up to our room Room was great. Very clean, basic but had great temperature control, TV, bathroom was nice and clean with an actual large bottle of nice shower gel provided The breakfast/tea and coffee facilities are really good The provide a large amount, rather than just a stingy little serving Just a nice little touch The room was safe, secure and quiet Granted we didn't get back till 2am But then slept like a log. They give you outside and inside key So after hours access was a piece of cake And they do a key drop box if you have to leave in a hurry I mean I genuinely can't really find any real fault No bedside tables, but I used a shoebox from a pair of shoes I had bought! But that's really just a minor thing and didn't really make a big difference Overall I'd definitely recommend

When we checked in was really surprised at how nice the hotel was, was bit bright and airy Checked into the room and it’s fantastic really - must be one of the newer ones as bathroom was great, room small but looked new inside. Bed comfy, about a ten minute walk from Seven Sisters underground There was milk, tea coffee, cereal, a fridge, big tv, walk in shower, LeD mirror etc I actually really enjoyed this room The Mexican restaurant in the hotel downstairs was great also. Food tasty and cheap for London
