messaged before going for accessibilty. found so many steps to reach front desk than steps leading downstairs bedroom =shower not wheelchair friendly no seating had to use my personal small folding stool.
maybe suitable for some but for physical disabled person.

The water in the bathroom is too fine, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. The exhaust fan is broken. No one handles it, there is no mineral water, slippers and refrigerators are provided, and the restaurant and reception staff are polite

Very friendly welcome, family run, quick check in. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Here for business for one day, going to stay a second night as it ticks all of the boxes. Very good location. Will certainly be a repeat customer. Food absolutely fantastic. Worth travelling for! Lots of freshly cooked options that make your mouth water. Mojitos are banging. Happy customer all in all.

Such a brilliant stay! Last minute booking for a London-based event we were going to, the room was so spacious and clean, the bed huge and very comfy! The staff were really accommodating, we got breakfast and parking included in the price, which was incredibly reasonable, would definitely recommend! Thank-you!

We had nice stay at the hotel, when we visted london for 5 days. We were in the ground floor enterance from the car park, that was very specious. The breakfast was nice. The best part is free car park.

Booked this hotel for a weekend away... never again. Yes the the rooms were clean and the staff helpful but walls were dirty and dated and the place is a sweat box. The rooms were so hot with no air-conditioning. I asked for a fan which just circulated the hot air. I also wouldn't say I felt safe there. A friend stayed a room above as we had single ros and she had no sleep due people close by shouting and arguing. More of a hostel type hotel I would say.

Hôtel un peu loin de Londres city. Petit déjeuner limité, pas trop de choix. Un buffet aurait été plus adapté. Pour les lève tard le petit dej s’arrête à 9 h. Chambre sans sèche cheveux ni produits de toilette. Trop bruyant les portes du personnel claquaient toute la nuit, impossible de dormir. A éviter si vous voulez quelque chose de calme.

We stayed at The Boston Manor while walking the Grand Union canal. The hotel was a real find. Check-in was very efficient. Our room was was immacilately clean and looked like everything was new. A huge very comfortable bed. Although we were on a main road, the room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good too. We would difinately stayhere again if in the area. Thank you x
