Travelodge London Park Royal Hotel

I am so happy with my stays at Travelodge hotel. Wery clean and and fresh room. The reception Ryan was so welcoming and so friendly. The location it's good. There is near buss stop and train station. Other side shops. I am so happy and definitely will come again. ☺️

Nice clean friendly hotel Booked a night in the hotel for a Coldplay concert in Wembley stadium. Good price easy to find from motorway

Not the easiest hotel we have stayed in for transport links. Made worse as pretty much opposite the nearest station but to cross it is a 15-20min walk around. Very dated needs some updating. Shower is poor either really hot or freezing. Cups for tea/coffee in rooms were dusty so had to clean first Beds comfy and had a reasonable nights sleep however

We enjoyed this stay as it was very comfortable and accessible. Special mention to Jan as well for being very helpful ! :)

Poor excuse for a Travelodge, lacking in all standards that you’d normally expect. Whilst I appreciate Travelodge is cheaper than most you still expect clean, modern and basic amenities. Park Royal Travelodge is outdated, filthy and has a complete lack of care from its staff. I was moved rooms twice, the first and second time due to an overpowering smell of chemicals and food in the rooms that I was initially allocated. The final room I was then placed in was absolutely filthy, urine marks and hair in the bathroom, copious stains on the walls, skirting boards caked in dust and hair, threadbare carpets, filthy windows the list just goes on. The staff couldn’t really have cared less, the woman on the reception desk just had an attitude of what do you want me to do? That’s just how it is. My favourite part was when I was given and iron which was caked in melted fibres, I went to change it to be told they’re all like it, so they basically expect you to damage your clothing. Whoever the General Manager is needs a serious review into the day to day operation, given this hotel is a Travelodge ‘new look’ you’d be better staying in a hostel.

Says it’s a good location to Wembley stadium easy walking distance this is lies also unhelpful staff if there on the desk that is and room was old, dirty and had things needing fixing
