The room is clean, comfortable, spacious, and has coffee/tea. If you come from Elizabeth Line, it's a bit of a walk, but it's a direct route to the airport. If you come from Acton West, where there's Royal Park, it's a shorter walk underground (into the city). There's a grocery store, Lotus Express, Pizza, and others.

The front desk service is not as good as the Holiday Inn Express nearby. The breakfast is much better here. The only thing I'm not happy about is that the elevator doesn't come for a long time and the noise from the hallway and next door is loud.
