When we arrived we had an older lady working the front desk that was struggling a bit, so check in at 11:30 at night took awhile (hotel prepaid for on Hampton website). The room was freezing when we got in. We turned up the air, but it blows on high and is quite loud, so it was not good sleep. It appeared clean until the next morning when I noticed several hairs in the shower (the short and curly kind....ugh). The bed and couch were okay. The young guy working the desk at check out seemed like he didn't want to be there. He said all the right customer service words but his tone and face seemed like he did not want to be there. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and tasted okay. I did like that they give you full bottles of water and the lady working the breakfast area was friendly.
